Rhonda L. Livingston of Weymouth, MA, provides clients with strategic direction and guidance to their overall operational and financial activities with the objective of maximizing growth and profitability as well as day-to-day leadership and management of companywide functions.

She has been responsible for strategically managing, directing, and coordinating all aspects of operations to achieve overall corporate goals, objectives, and budgets with a primary emphasis on revenue growth, profit growth, sales, marketing, project management, legal and regulatory compliance, Information Technology, and Human Resource development.

With more than 15 years of experience in the industry as an expert in the assessment and creation of professional resumes. Her understanding of the current job market from a hiring manager’s perspective and knowledge of industry standards enables her to maintain her record for excellent results.  Her commitment to her clients’ success is unsurpassed as she works side-by-side with her insider knowledge to showcase her clients' skills giving them the optimal advantage.

Rhonda holds a Master degree from Curry College. She has been active in her community for many years, both professionally and personally. Rhonda is certified through Curry College in Human Resource Management and has authored standardized interview questions and procedures for several companies allowing them to uncover potential issues prior to hiring candidates.   

Rhonda is also a former board member for an animal humane society on the South Shore, an active volunteer for Great Dog Rescue (GDR) where she used to foster dogs, and the founder of  I Used My Heart (IUMH) a non-profit charity that sold donated books and donated the proceeds to various charities.
